Finding ways home.

Thirty hours in a minivan took us to eastern Montana and back to beautiful Oregon.

Here are just a few of the things that I learned along the road:

  • Good friends are good travel companions.
  • Montana has poor cell phone reception.
  • Bridesmaids dresses get very uncomfortable after six hours.
  • I love seeing dear friends marry the right person. That is truly worth celebrating.

Love the foot pic Erin - at first glance I thought it was a flower!

Haha! It took me a while to figure out that those were feet. For some reason the hard wood looked like it was the foreground for a while.

Heather and Jen- Isn't that a fun picture? The optical illusion...

Dan- Only in every picture possible! I've come to see it as a gift- maybe a super power.

I've had friends tell me that bridesmaids' dresses are never comfortable, much less after 5-6 hours of wearing them.

At least you had a great (30-hour!!!) roadtrip. Those are always wonderful and it's been too long since I've gone on one with friends.

Stacy- Thanks! I missed you guys too. I do have a few things happening in my life- we'll have to have an update session soon. :)

Adam- It was really fun, although 30 hour road trips are a delight that I can live without for the most part. Good company makes all the difference.

Liz- Thanks!

I'm going to guess that your foot is the one at the very bottom. Those toes look very familiar.
