I've gained an immense appreciation for nature over the course of the last year. Now, I've been fairly environmentally conscious for awhile, but it has only come through working closely with the wide-eyed wonder of elementary-school-aged children that my respect and awe for nature has truly been reborn.
Gorgeous shot Erin! Aren't rocks incredible? My dad has always kept a huge rock collection ever since I was a small girl. This one would make a nice addition.
